WELCOME TO DEAR FATHERS MINI MEN ACADEMY PROGRAM
Mini Men Academy is a mentorship and leadership development program dedicated to empowering African American boys ages 10–16 from single-mother households. Through structured monthly Saturday sessions in Oakland, the academy provides a safe, uplifting environment where young men gain the tools, guidance, and positive male mentorship needed to thrive. Participants receive a free tablet or laptop to support their learning and complete the program with a formal graduation ceremony celebrating their growth and achievement.

Each session includes free meals and enriching recreational outings, from sports and bowling to amusement parks and arcades, ensuring that every young man develops brotherhood, leadership, and lifelong memories while preparing for future success.
