What does being a father mean to you?
Being a father is an essential part of life . Especially from generation to generation.
Describe your experience with your father growing up and how that impacted you today.
My Father w not really around . Kind of just left my mother to raise her children alone . He popped in every few years .
What things/tools/gems did you take from your experience growing up into your Fatherhood journey today?
One thing I took growing up into my fatherhood journey Is regardless of what’s going on outside of you becoming a new father. Lock in and Focus in on your child . You be blessed later . Guaranteed
Have you had any obstacles on your fatherhood journey? If so, explain.
Becoming a father was exciting for me but also a learning experience. Due to an outside situation . Overall I was excited it was definitely a new feeling . A chance to give this child what I didn’t have coming up A lot of things were happening that day . It was Rough but my son was the prize @ the end .
What advice would you give other Fathers on their journey?
Legitimize your child and remain consistent as a father . Weather you are with the mother of your child or not . The love for your child should be greater than that .
If you could write a quick letter to your father, starting with “Dear Father,” what would you say?
Dad Thanks for not being around . Due to that I’m a good active and hands on father to my sons Today .
