To me being a Father means being a Protector, provider, teacher and Leader.

Describe your experience with your father growing up and how that impacted you today.
My experience with my Father(s) was great. I had 3 Father figures in my Life. My real Dad, Step Dad and Uncle. All 3 were hard working and stand up guys.
What things did you take from your experience growing up into your own fatherhood journey?
The Things I took from my experience was work ethic, providing and bonding with your children. Also I let them be themselves and make choices.
Have you had any obstacles on your fatherhood journey?
The obstacles I have met with in Fatherhood is balance between family and work. As a Father you are the anchor so you have to make sure the household is maintained and food is on the table.
What advice would you give others new on their fatherhood journey?
To all the new fathers make you sure you stay involved in your childs life no matter what obstacles you face. Lost time from children can never be recovered and it can scar them if you are absent.
If you could write a quick letter to your father, starting with “Dear Father,” what would you say?
Dear Father, Thank you for all that you have taught me thru out the years. Your hard work ethic and guidance has helped shaped me into the man I am today and I am forever grateful.
