What does being a father mean to you?
Strength and honor,
being a father is a never ending coaching job filled with blessings of seeing your own reflection through power of Allah (god) through human energy. It’s to live for protect and maintain by any means.
Describe your experience with your father growing up and how that impacted you today.
I didn’t have my pop until 16 but I had a step pop I hated because I didn’t understand his principles of raising a black child. It effected me but now I understand the reason for all pros and cons (ass whoppings and all) I’ve turned out to be a man not content and deserve more.
What things did you take from your experience growing up into your own fatherhood journey?
I took to always be there to express the actions of my love for who loves me……
Have you had any obstacles on your fatherhood journey?
Plenty with my children mothers out of their own ignorance and still at war with one who I have custody of our child and this weirdo keeps breaking our court order. I’m a war lover but I beat her with intelligence but she is a piece of work. I need help
What advice would you give others new on their fatherhood journey?
Be careful of the ignorance of emotions and to protect your children’s but give tough love mildly. Always be a phone call away and never give a child his or her way because in the real world it don’t work like that.
If you could write a quick letter to your father, starting with “Dear Father,” what would you say?
It would speak on the missed time and disconnection we have and always had. N to work on what we only have and that is family because death is not unseen any more.
