What does being a father mean to you?
Being a father means a lot I have 4 of my own and a bonus child. My first daughter was severely burnt 2 years ago from a grease fire. She was burned from her face to chest and some markings on her legs. That day was the hardest I had to deal with after that incident I keep my children real close I’m not the typical parent I don’t sugar coat anything for my children I let them see and know what this world’s about.
Describe your experience with your father growing up and how that impacted you today.
My pops was and still is the greatest man walking this Earth. Charming, pragmatic, a real ppl person can have a convo with anyone. My father has done it all for me and hell he still does at my age.
Have you had any obstacles on your fatherhood journey? If so, explain.
I was a single father for the first 3 years of my son life. I’m raising another man’s child. I almost lost a child to an incident. Nothing really but losing a job a time or to.
What advice would you give others new on their fatherhood journey?
Be a hero make it seem like it’s not a problem going on with you at the time but then later explain to your children why this is this and why that is that be real with your kids like your real with your friends.
If you wanted to write a quick letter to your father, starting with “Dear Father,” what would you say?
Dear Father, without you I don’t know where I would be I wouldn’t even answered this message if it wasn’t for you and what you instilled in me. Your deeply appreciated and loved.
Name some other fathers you cosign.
